I have just started following Ballard Power the last few months and am pretty new in regards to this technology, I've pretty much followed oil and gas stocks in the most part. I really thought that BLD had likely reached its peak a few weeks ago but it appears to be climbing, can anyone give me some insight on high tech stocks as to what is driving them? A person would assume that the BLD would have reached a peak and should bottom out but so far, it's not the case. I'm quite surprised and actually quite impressed with the performance of Ballard but I really don't know whether or not this (the price) has reached a maximum or not. Generally speaking, is there a general trend to watch for??
