According to Pat and Gary, and all other indications, Asnd's earning for this Q should be "OK".

So BAY might be having trouble meeting short-term estimates. This market's insane - ASND is down more than BAY today. 35 at expiration is starting to look iffy. If BAY warns, they'll probably be down about $1, but ASND will drop by $4 or $5.
