I am no stock value expert, but I have been told that a stocks price is based upon its expected earning in the coming years. If Cistron has cash worth $.58 per share and a stock price worth $.21, then the market does not believe Cistron knows what to do with that cash to generate increased earnings in the future.

I would have thought that the increased investment in research and development would have calmed the market.

Why doesn't the market have any confidence in Cistron's future?
