Not to sound like a jerk, but if you're serious, where have you been the last several months. DEC is digital equipment. And in case you missed it, CPQ announced several weeks ago that it was buying DEC for approximately $9 billion. This purchase is one of two to three principal reasons why this stock is going down. Read past posts and you'll be entertained with a plethora of opinions as to whether the purchase of dec is good or bad for cpq. Wall Street thinks it stinks in the next 12 months.
