The court will award KRY 100%, BUT, in order to obtain the necessary
permits, KRY will have to give up about 30% to some government entity.
This is based on my conversations with a person close to the company (not an insider).
And if there is a joint venture with a major, KRY may end up with
only about 35%. Of course, there may be many new concessions awarded
to KRY and partners, providing substantial "blue sky", IMO.
