I think I know where you are coming from. As far a believing that it is a real company, that is a non-issue: There are many people that visited their office and they did not have to make an appointment for anyone to unlock the door. They answer the phones, even though the information one can get is limited. They are in the process of issuing a dividend to preferred shareholders and a shares in another company, which they earned(production), to all shareholders. I agree with you on the lack of advancement part, but they have legitimate sounding reasons for those: They encountered unforseen problems with Santiago Cigar and they learned from them. They are now more selective in the type of companies they bring public and they do more DD before they take them on - delay. The one or many issues involving share illegaly sold into the float - I am happy with what's on the web page - for now. They have a goal of bringing 4 companies public this year ( to a total of 6 by the end of 1998 ) so we have something to watch for. First quarter is about up, it's time for company 1998 #1. I am cautiously optimistic, as with all my stocks. ER

Ali; Yes I can relate to some of what you are saying. Their are positives and negatives presently with Eutro. The Web Site I consider a positive, the contract with Freedom I consider a positive, and the distribution of dividends shows good faith on Eutro,s part. The Power Plus to me hold's not much importance I would rather not see it on their Web Site, but we must all realize Eutro never had a Web Site so this is encouraging. The share issue stinks, but at the same time Eutro is not planning a reverse split so at some time they must know more than we do that will get the total issued shares reduced. I have talked to Judith and in her post's she has put the cards on the table and I totally respect her and her views in regards to Eutro. This news announcement to me is no big deal. But I find it strange that they would implement a Web Site and pay dividends just to decide to walk away. No I think the Web Site is a prelim of things to come, Bob is right their is more information that Eutro is planing to share though more news releases and we are not talking weeks away either. Hopefully it may address the share issue I have no idea what the content is just that it is news. We are already in March Eutro will have to address shareholders on the status of the 50 Million shares at some point, I am hoping for a positive resolution of this issue or as Eutro put's it, their is a story to be told.
