Dear RFF - re: BAY reseller. That would be great. Thx.

re: downgrades amd lower eps. I don't think it is a reaction. Recent events seem to suggest that even if there wasn't any concerted effort to sell BAY in the past 2 weeks, the lack of support was some indications some people were prepping this -ve releases. It is only reasonable to believe that one or more houses, like oppie and soundview, have been helping their respective clients out the door before they officially release the news.

Soundview has never been big in my book anyway; nonetheless, these people do move stks. So, I think the longs have to fall back on the position - and hope for a double bottom near term.

In the past Bay has run up ahead of earnings and then hit or exceeded the number slightly and immediately sold off. It appears that we are now selling off ahead of earnings , the question is if we hit or exceed slightly will the street continue its tradition of punishing Bay upon release and post conference call ? It seems odd to me that with all the positive press we have been putting out and receiving that the stock would behave like this, unless all the news has been considered "fluff" by the powers that be ie analysts and money managers?
