boy this board does a real good job of turning good news into bad what more does it take to tell you that this stock is ready to move in a big way believe you me by the time the financials are news the stock price will be ajusted accordingly hop on the love boat and enjoy the ride

If they are Reg S, then the "grand plan" is "screw the existing shareholders by selling discounted shares overseas". You took my mention of Reg S and turned it into a quite dramatic post. Truth is that ESVS will use 'debentures', not neccessarily to Reg S kind. I agree with you that we need to find out more about how ESVS is going about raising $50 mil. For investors debentures are usually a bad thing. Best is to step back while the effects play out and then step in when things stabilize. Note: this applies (currently) to ESVS only. NETZ we know nothing about.
