Hey, I'm still around (sigh). I certainly won't sell at these levels although it seems a few others are. Heard that the 10k will be posted later today. And next week is the deadline for the financing package. I haven't talked to the company, but the rumor going round is that Eco will get Prudential or Bankers Trust involved. Bankers Trust had some involvement with the previous credit facility, but hopefully if they are involved to a larger extent we will get coverage. They certainly carry some clout - and we certainly need it. David
