Without even looking up any figures I know that it is easily the biggest loss, probably by an order of magnitude, than anything they've ever seen before. They grew so much in the past five or six years (perhaps it is more correct to say they grew so much in the years 1992-1996) that any numbers on the balance sheet today, whether they are sales, costs, profits, or fudge factors, are all of that order-of-magnitude difference.
