Bryan, I wasn't around then, but didn't Safeguard get their Sybase shares through Sybase's purchase of Micro Decisionware? They've held on to those a long time. They seem to be doing a lot more deals, and taking a lot more interests in companies now than then (1995?), so I would predict they would sell over the next year and use the cash where they would prefer to use it. On the other hand, if they thought the prospects were good for TLAB, they might keep it for a while and not pay taxes. Sorry for the non-answer, --John
