Rocky

They could just as easily be given a PE of 70 with .10 earnings. Then you still have a $7 stock. Not really sure if the risk/reward plays out on IOM being a short candidate right now.

Good Luck

Rocky, a pe of 15 would be my estimate. Maybe a little lower, like a pe of 12 to 13. Keep in mind, Wall Street hates this stock. I wonder if KE sleeps at night.

Re: >>>I am thinking of shorting right now with a price target of $4.85. I get this 30%+ profit by giving IOM a PE of 15 after Earnings. What do ya'll think? Will IOM be rewarded with a P/E 15?<<<

My play is simple. I think the revenue and earnings shortfall will continue for at least one more quarter (minimum). I'm waiting to pounce on a bear position on any return to $8. My target low will depend on the next piece of bad news. I'll switch on a dime however if KE can successfully explain why the revenue shortfall is a one time event. In my experience, they're almost never one time events.

IMO, today this stock is a dog (never thought I'd be saying that). Regardless, I hope EVERYONE makes a fortune with their investment choices. Good luck.

Regards - Dale
