So why do you think the company will not give them to you? What reasons would they have in not divulging this information? As shareholders of a company, don't you think you should be privy to this information? The main objective of a corporation is to increase shareholder value? How can you as a shareholder determine if value is being created without knowing sales, revenue projections, expenses, share dilution, salaries, liquidity, assets, liabilities, etc..etc..
It's not right and it's certainly not fair.

What corporations don't sell stock to raise capital? It's essentially one of the first steps in creating a viable company. The question lies in what the company DOES with this capital.
