What reasons would they have in not divulging this information? As shareholders of a company, don't you think you should be privy to this information? The main objective of a corporation is to increase shareholder value? How can you as a shareholder determine if value is being created without knowing sales, revenue projections, expenses, share dilution, salaries, liquidity, assets, liabilities, etc..etc.. It's not right and it's certainly not fair. <<Penny stocks are huge gambles, as you of course know. They sell stock to start up, sometimes a lot of stock. It's a real concern<< What corporations don't sell stock to raise capital? It's essentially one of the first steps in creating a viable company. The question lies in what the company DOES with this capital. >> We need to know but I can't find out.<< Why not? >>The shorting scenario can also be real.<< Who are the shorters?
