The WebObjects services announcement extends AAPL's revenue base to both AAPL and INTC programming . NeXT did $400 mln annually before joining AAPL and 40 % of IBM's revenue now comes from services . biz.yahoo.com NeXT did sites like the Sharper Image and AAPL has expanded it to publishing (web content) oriented business : " Companies such as DDB Needham, World Color, Laser Tech Color and Daniels Printing, who are leaders in a variety of media industries from advertising and broadcast to pre-press, have already successfully deployed WebObjects solutions with the help of the consulting group. British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) uses WebObjects in the area of asset management; Adobe utilizes WebObjects as their standard to develop dynamic applications on the web; and, Seybold Publishing uses it for dynamic publishing and e-commerce.
