Great update, THANKS. A quick thought...Why hasn't Jack averaged down from .47? Is he not allowed to by SEC rules? Or would he be required to file some form?

Perhaps he's confident in his buy-in price and knows he'll turn a profit...

BHarp5, thanks for the great report. It is good to hear that things are still progressing and that we should see some news come out real soon. I am curious though why Jack Arnold does not buy more stock at these prices if it is so undervalued. Any thoughts on this? Why wouldn't he average down his .47 base? Thanks again for the post.
