I agree with your point that the MCA approval has not moved the market much. I am disappointed over this in light that VVUS was at 14 only 6 weeks ago. I have been long VVUS for months and expected a 1-2 point move today.

Selling on the news perhaps? There are undoubtedly some frustrated longs that have been waiting for this opportunity to exit. Volume is decent and the day is not over. Can anyone with Level II comment on today's buy/sell action?
