That's COO, David. CEO and CFO announcements must still be in the wings. Folks, I'm really fuzzy on the filing. Still don't have a clear head to digest it, other than quick skims. The hangover I announced yesterday turned out to be the flu today. Were you in my shoes yesterday, trying to read through all of the 'saspisash,' you'd be begging for mercy. I did. It still hurts to even look at the document. But do I remember somewhere in the document, something along these lines: a) that NETZ must come up with a fully audited financial report by a time certain; and b) there was a reference to the two companies becoming one company. Am I correct here?
