From what I understand, ADI does not intend on making any announcements until the chip is either in the late stage of the foundry process or already in the hands of the OEMs ( this is going to be a killer for a lot of people )In todays market place it is important to have a new product, but adi's advantage will be that it will also be competivly priced.
With regards to IBM, I'm still trying to find more info on their involvement.
