Is there any concern that the falling oil prices will have an effect on the TX deal going through? Or is that not a factor at this point? Jan

David, I REALLY think you hit this one right on the mark. SLHO investors are probably very much aware of RNTK because of the similarities in the technologies. I would not be surprised that many are jumping ship to experience a SLHOic upward ride all over again. Woody
