Harvey, I also confirm that statement by this individual. I was told by him almost exactly the same thing several months ago while I was being spammed relentlessly with threats and allegations. I haven't been posting here lately because I'm not quite sure what we all hope to achieve. I don't feel comfortable discussing the topic unless I'm sure that there is a goal in mind that will be followed. I also would like to have more confirmation of the allegations against non-insiders of GIFS. I have heard discussed the 5 pound stack of emails and GIFS press releases allegedly authored by GE, but until I can confirm that I am hesitant to stick my neck out to be chopped off by a libel suit. But if people are planning on actively pressing for civil action at this time, I may be willing to participate or assist. Regards, Ron
