Ken - I have been offered a similar opportunity....They were offered in blocks of 50,000 shares....at that price....in this case it was from one of the original venture capitalists ....He had died and they wanted the estate distributed without saturating the market....What was the minimum block size you were offered....and was the broker Gunn Allen or the firm out of Phoenix? Just a short note....I think this company has real potential over the next couple years....Hope you stick around to enjoy it's coming to fruition.... Mike
