GJC, Personally, I like to make sure that I have a case for a counter-suit when I make public statements that may cause someone to sue me. The evidence that I have seen thus far is primarily circumstancial and not as concrete as Ken claims to have seen during his time at GIFS. I presented the accusation that the Zayed/Criminal past news release had been authored by our favorite whipping boy, and all he would say is how disappointed he was when Zayed confirmed this information to him. He felt that all individuals who have been convicted of a crime and paid their debt should be given the benefit of a doubt and a chance at "redemption". While I believe in people being able to turn over a new leaf, I have great difficulty in attempting to down-play Zayed's past as a "youthful indiscretion". My personal perspective is that, as a "journalist", this was news and should have been objectively reported, not "spun" in order to minimize damage control like it was. So if our "journalist" played ANY PART in authoring this release, I would like to see some documentation so that I have a greater comfort level with the evidence against him. This would be a serious charge given that IRI, Inc was in line to receive 150,000 shares of GIFS in an apparent hypothecation agreement related to their 504 offering. Regards, Ron
