Dear Jeff and Del: IF ALYD has sufficient SIGNED contracts to meet that goal there is little doubt they will. Why? Because those contracts were with major companies who themselves will be pushing to have the work completed AT LEAST by 12/31/99 in order to have a year to test. Actually, most companies seem to be shooting for a target date closer to 9/30. I believe in the past, as reported, the major hangup has been companies dragging their feet in getting the code ready. That is VERY unlikely to be the case this upcoming year. JDN

Jeff-

>>> what you are speculating, is that ALYD may already have enough signed contracts that, assuming of course the work gets done on them as planned, already amounts to $75M for '98? You mean to imply that any contract they get between now and the end of the year may just be gravy? Very interesting... <<<

I hate when that happens....
