Frank- I have forwarded the questions to Bill Young. I was hoping to get some answers (not necessarily from you) posted in a public forum so that others who have the same questions could benefit. With Mr. Youngs permission, I will post his responses here. Thanks for the URL to Bill Young because the "Investors" link on the IMS homepage does not work. I find that more than ironic. Investors pecking order has been clearly established.
