Thanks for the information Fred. My next question is where is he going to come up with 300K+ per year to cover the interest expense? I would assume that the company would accrue this Receivable and hope that the stock does go north and collect from Lev down the road. If the stock does goes south what exposure does he really have? Is this does happen the company would go into bankruptcy and would they really go after the note or the interest from a poor old CEO? I do not see any exposure on this one, only upside potential for his benefit. Please let me know if I am looking at this situation the wrong way.

Fred, I am just as buried in this baby as you are and I want to see a silver lining in every communication that I read but the company has not brought anything to the table yet that has made me jump up and down (and the stock price up).

One lesson that I have learned is never load up on a speculative stock and I promise you, if I do recover from this one, I will never do this again.

Go VLNC!!!
