Okay, but what's the point of IL? Let's say APCO hits the IL and does not fall back. Then what? Is the IL a trendline?

Hi David,

I believe I understand a little about what you are talking, although your actions leave me confused. You describe APCO's recent movements in relation with this IL indicator but you can't exactly say what this indicator is or how it works except that APCO seems to be breaking the rules this indicator is suppose to quantify. Is IL an acronym for something?
