There still isn't any confirmation by any of these analysts that they have been "guided" lower by BAY. I think everything that's come out so far is based on their own speculation/research into the distribution channels. I guess we'll see shortly. If BAY is short, they will come out within a week and put out a PR statement. I'll wait till I hear it from them.

Haven't been able to get a live body on the IR line yet......

Eric:My rules gave a correct call to sell at $35.Unfortunately my greed enzymes got activated by the optimism on this thread for a run to +$45 and I stayed on. The rest is now history and another for my collection of "Lesons Learnt".

Leaks and Lies to some extent are a part of this Money game. It is the oscillations in the market from which Analysts derive their income. Hence, the more waves they create the greater their income. The smoothest waves are triggered by leaks. With all that and the consequent noises they trigger,band-width selectivity is important.

Incidentally, dont forget to buckle up. The next ride may start soon.

eric,

I beg to differ! I never called you silly, I never made any prediction about this quarter. You made a statement saying that Bay was "a company that has disappointed time and again."

I called you on a clarification of that statement. Current management, had not disappointed in the past "time and again." Rather, former management were the bozo's who'd disappointed the market.

For the record the original post's in question were:

#4589 by you and #4592 by myself.
