Mike, I suspect you've hit it. NMS status should be imminent, and the subtle strengthening the last few days probably reflects that. Maybe NMS status will induce some of the high-power Coca-Cola analysts to take a look at TAVA. They could construct a hedge: Short the bottlers and go long TAVA. Should work, and they'd make lots of commissions.

I've been watching steadily ... this bump is triggered by something, and it definitely looks like "rumor buying" -- (the kind you "sell on the news" after).

This volume won't break the back of 9 1/2, IMHO, and a single robin doesn't make a spring, either. <ggg>

This is probably the kind of buy opportunity I never take <sigh>
