Insider selling. Ira Dehymi is a founder of Vitesse and CTO. He probably owns a few hundred thousand shares. 10000 shares look like small change to him. He may be buying a new car (ha ha). Ram is QA manager and VP. He probably has less shares than Ira but I would think at least 100K. Since they both sold JUST AFTER the end of the first (fiscal) quarter, and before the stock ran up to >50, my guess is that this has nothing to do with the company's performance in the present quarter. Anthony, this time it is not an indicator. BTW, where did you get the insider info from?
