The calm before the storm. Irrespective of k91 or k14, the results of the macro/micro content on this new kimberlite field(cluster) will be the determining factor in the direction of Ashton's share price. If results are poor, this stock is going to languish in the foreseeable future. You may see another uptick pending k91 & k14 results, but lets face it, given the data available ie. 40 ton sample extrapolated into 100 ton measurements(remember k91: .21 ton sample extrapolated to 136 carats per 100 ton, misleading) and very premature and optimistic quality/valuations floating around, remember what is "obvious" to the naked eye and to a gem expert are two different things, k14 is marginal at best and k91 is just to small baring some spectacular (larger/more reliable) diamond counts.

Diamond Jim, very astute predictions concerning price fluctuations "my fear's are materializing" hope you were able to capitalize on them. Regarding your valuations, it's always a good idea to utilize a model when making investment decisions, but at this early stage don't rely to heavily. Remember to analyze both worst and best case scenarios and don't forget to discount future revenue to obtain present value ie. $1,000,000,000 over 25 years @ 6% rate of interest is $47,994,190 today.

JP/Will, I can't say that I agree with all of your statements, but your presence creates some much needed objectivity on this thread. Looking forward to your opinions.

For all the 'long-term investors', I have one question and a suggestion. If your so long why are you concerned with the day to day bantering on the Internet, sit back..relax, visit half a year(?) from now and see how much money you've made. Otherwise I strongly suggest you capitalize on short term price movements. Like Frank said 'there is one winner for every loser', remember we are currently playing a zero-sum game.

Here's to k11 & k15

P.S. there is still 7.5 tonnes of k5 outstanding, probably not important given the dismal results thus fair, but WHAT A MINE IT WOULD MAKE.
