I find the poster on Yahoo named "tptacek" very interesting. He claims to be THE employee at Secure Networks that wrote the negative report on ASND. He is defending himself, as well is another employee of said company.

What is really interesting is that a question of whether this problem was satisified with today's release from ASND his response was "yes, it was". So the continuance for this in the press is little more than PR for that firm, and a the blue light special for ASND.

BAY's earnings lowering today does not help.

And Gary's upset with not getting special treatment from this attorney shy and being sued company does not help. Particularly when you consider how many shares are really represented on the world's largest chat room for investing, and the best thread within that universe.

Pat, I thank you again for going to the JP Morgan conference. And I assume now you can see why I thought it was that important. I still am wondering how you could do a Greenspan look???
