I acquired considerable amounts of this security in two stages:

1. December '97 @ 2 1/4
2. January '98 @ 1 3/4

As I bought evenly my average is 2, and I do not plan on selling until it hits at least 4 1/2 (depending on timing, I may even stick it out for the big time long term until it hits 6, 7, & 8). However, I will not buy anymore shares as I am very much concerned by the management's lack of intelligence. Instead, I invested heavily, in NN, TDFX, and HLT three weeks ago at 22, 22 1/2, & 28 respectively. These have proved to be excellent investments (as they are now 29 1/2, 28 1/2, and 33 3/4)! Normally, I would have sold out of the MPRS at 2 3/4 before the earnings report and been very happy with my gains; however, I have a really good feeling that this stock, if it can avoid the rev. split, can hit my target within 2 months.

Well, I'm planning on getting out of the NN & TDFX very soon, perhaps by the end of this week, but I really think that the HLT will be at 40 within 3 months. Like I said, I really don't have a time limit on the MPRS as I think it will eventually hit 6, 7, and 8 long term.

Any thoughts?
