This company needs a major endorsement of their wireless technology. Since IBM pulled out, they have not regained credibility. If the technology is so revolutionary, why did IBM back away and why hasn't someone else stepped up?

PRKR's website describes the technological breakthrough as, "the single-step conversion of an incoming RF signal directly to baseband digital data that eliminates the need for decades-old heterodyne RF architecture."

This sounds very impressive, I'm sure, to an electrical engineer; however, to a non-technically trained investor it is gobbledygook.

Does PRKR actually have a wireless product? Has anyone seen it? What does it do? Is it competitive with technologies developed by other, more established companies?
