Dear Bernard,
Thanks for the prompt response. The CVUS situation disturbs me both for; my personal finances, as well as those of my former Company, Logimetrics. My Cvus stock purchase was made after listening to Shant,
and with the fact that CTT (of CVUS via mmTech) was the primary Logi
customer albeit only on a cia/cod basis. Their product was full of "sizzle" and their market was very valuable. The receipts from the
original issue disappeared rapidly and Shant did not pay the moneys
owed to Logi. The effect was to require more money from investors for Logi to survive,as well as the inability of CVUS to expand its penetration of the NY market'even if that was its intention.

It would be nice if there were two statements from Shant as to the plans for the future of CVUS, and the reason for his people bailing out of their stock.

Logimetrics is re-structuring with its new CEO, Ken Thomson who managed to assume the debt owed to Logi by CTT. He may be able to improve the relationship with CVUS.

Dear Bernard,
Sorry about delayed response but I have not been looking at the market
for a long while. 1998 has been a financial disaster for me, between my minor position in CVUS, which has turned out to be a much hyped operation, and my position in LGMTA.
I am looking for investments which are real for the Millenium No more stocks.
Regards,
Murray
