Hi Roger - I do not recall Mr. Ralph Yarro's name but it could indeed be correct. When I was researching the Norada's family trust information, the trustee was somebody else. This was over a year ago but their office was located in Saratoga, CA (here in Silicon Valley).

At that time they had many other investments mainly with very small start-up companies. They worked with some of the Venture Capital Investment firms here in the Valley. Perhaps, the Trustee (on direction from Mr. Norada) feels it is now time to focus on their Novell investment and see that new BOD members are elected.

This event would be a real plus for the company.

Roger, is there any way to support Noorda?

Of course the most obvious one is to withhold support for the BOD members other than Schmidt which any shareholder can do and which we did last year to the tune of 3% of total shares.

But perhaps some of the shareholders would like to send Noorda a letter of support. Do you have a email address?
