Hello! TO ALL: I just finished speaking to a "GLOW" Company Representative. I didn't take exact notes, thus I will only be able to post my general impressions/feelings from what I got from the telephone discussion. I also expressed my opinion, that the news release didn't contain any earth moving news! The impression that I got from the discussion was that this was only the initial one, and there are still two or three news releases planned to be released over the next two to three weeks! ( According to a "GLOW" representative!). I once again made mention of the 1998 projection of a .50 cent EPS, and what I understand , from what I was told is that , the projection remains intact!---WOW! ( Just my opinion!) I asked about the name revision/change that a previous poster had commented on----the response that I got was that at this time it is basically being viewed as Global Games/Communications Corporation. ( It's just a guess on my part but it might be that with some of the other projects that they are working on, may involve the need to maintain the name with the dual presentations?). As much as I would have liked to have heard some earth shattering news, I am trying to remain somewhat realistic, patient and hopeful, for the future! I like the fact that thus far they have not backed down from their .50 cent EPS earnings projection! Also that I understood that we can still expect two to three announcement over the next three week time frame. Now! Considering this is only a stock that has currently been trading in the .06 to .12 cent price range---my initial feeling is that maybe I had too high of an expectation level ( expecting things to happen very quickly!) My gut feeling tells me the sense that I got from my telephone call, is one in which I think I have invested in a company, that has potential ( But! Not to fool myself , not unlike other penny OTC-B.B. Stocks, it remains a high risk--until , if and when their plans and projections, begin to show clear signs of progress!)------What I am hoping is that the next two to three announcements will give us a bettor or clearer picture or understanding if the aggressive plans ( in my view) are moving forward as expected? My sense is that I enjoyed my discussion with the company representative, ( it's the second time I have called, as well as e-mailed)--they appear quite realistic on the telephone, and at least to me didn't appear sound anything other than a young thinking and forward thinking company--that possibly has gone through some growing/development pains/experiences ( have hopefully learned from those experiences) and are about to take their new found learnings and experiences and move the company into profitable and growth oriented territory. Next Steps! In my opinion, if they are even 20% accurate on their 1998 EPS projection of .50 cents EPS, then this is a real sleeper! So! The question that I have to ask myself, is thus far, ( consider the always possible high risk factors in all investments!)--from the limited information that I know about the company, where do I go from here? Being a high risk type of investor ( from time to time)----I'm in! Most likely a few bumpy roads ahead, but over time I think this one is going to provide me with some interesting moments! ( It will definitely keep me on my toes!) I could be right, could be wrong, or somewhere in between? I have to admit, that the lure of the 1998 projected .50 cent EPS, has got my attention---and as a result, I will be constantly looking for any/all signals that support or otherwise this scenario. So! Far! I believe what I have been told and read! Time Will Tell! Let's stay close and on top of this one! Might be an opportunity for feast or famine? ( Just my own opinion!) As in my opinion we have some astute and talented individuals on this thread, in a positive and constructive way , may I suggest that if any one has some positive ideas, that they keep the GLOW Representatives aware of them! I already know that they received several concerned phone calls/ inquiries regarding the initial news releases----But! From a personal point of view, it's my thinking that this company has the potential to grow---so by attacking them everytime they try to share some news, or information with their shareholders ( even if could have been more elaborate!)--I would hope that we do not extract their motivation to keep in touch with their shareholders, because they thought we were being extra and overly critical of all of their communication. The feeling that I get from the first news release , is that to me, it appears that they were expecting to announce some other news or developments, but may have been a little behind schedule, but maybe were feeling the pressure to honor the news release within the time frame they had previously projected! ( As we all know, no one can make all of the people happy all of the time--So! In my estimation, they have to do what is beneficial for the overall good for all CVIA Shareholders!)
