I suspect that much of today's move is in sympathy with Micron's disappointing announcement. All the techstocks I'm in (except for Informix) were down big today. Don't think it's anything fundamentally wrong with Rational, although it does sound like they can improve their execution.

don't worry about today's drop. I added more ratl position today, it was good opportunity. We will see the stock up soon

It's a NIGHTMARE. When shall we wake up in a sunshine day ? At these nightmare days, the stock has been spoiled by the day traders and the MMs take this advantage to manipulate it. They keep the stock for not going much higher or lower until close to the earning announcement day. The stock price will break off the barrier into either the up side or down side depends on how good/bad the announcement is. I am ready to buy more if it drops back to below 11 1/2. If I get burned, then I am not the only one in this boat, but all the insiders who bought the stock. If they don't know the prospect of their future company, then who will know better then them. That's why I never let the other side of my mind to tell me sell the stock. Wait and see the sunshine someday. Good luck to every body.
