From what I read. We will get warrants to buy the new company's stock at $9.75. What the new company will trade for no one knows. If the new company trades for more than $9.75 we can benefit. Seem like Marvel common shareholders will get 19% of the new company. Which at 100 million shares it's like a 1 for 5 reverse split but will have to spend $9.75 to get the new shares. So I have 1,000 shares and will get 200 warrants at $9.75.

If someone can read something else into the PR's then explain.

If you're not a stockholder, there are so many other stocks out there. Why bother with this?
