Mark, I can say that this stock has based for a while and is ready to make the next leg up. It was a perfect breakout today. It will be in IBD NASDAQ charts in the nest couple of days. It will be in the big volume movers tomorrow. Good Luck to all. Naviler has a buy on APSG up to 20.
