JBIL forecast a not rosy future because of asia. i'm not trying to scare anybody i'm just giving the facts that eps in the next minmum 6 months will stink. simple as that. if you listen to the bulls you would tend to believe that their is no problems in techland. i'm a long term bull but short term i think i can buy amat at 25-27, which might be high. and have been shorting it from 38 and doing very well. thank you. everybody a bull but trying telling the people who bought intc at 90 or cpq at 32 or numerous other high tech companies. i just hear them crying and whining that they were mislead and all that. i'm not trying to scare anyone but just giving the facts on my previous posts. i don't see the shorts whining i see the bulls doing it. as they say, bulls are nervous and whaling right before they go to the slaughterhouse. just kiddin

The fact is that most of us don't know as much about the stock
market as we would like people to believe. Just to add a little
humor to the thread,
the following are the modern day reactions to daily DJIA moves:

-100 pts: Did someone sneeze?
-500 pts: I'll buy more tomorrow.
-750 pts: Which SEA country now?
-1000 pts: Is something wrong with the economy?

+100 pts: Man, the market really sucks these days.
+500 pts: I'll buy more tomorrow.
+750 pts: I may gain 35% again this year.
+1000 pts: What does P/E stand for?
