Looking for Advice.

Situation: Bought 300 Checkpoint Software(CHKPF) last week @ $35.50
& sold 3 Apr 40 CC @ $2. Stock closed today at $41.75.
What should I do?
1. Buy the calls back($3 7/8) & sell the stock now.
2. Hold & do nothing-let them expire next month & get possibly called.
3. Buy the 40's back & sell the Apr 45 ($2).
Options,options,options.
Anyone know which of these strategies would be most favorable or anything better.
Thanks in advance.
