Hope they have the agm in toronto <g>.
My rough estimate is about 9.9mm shares o/s. I could be wrong.
IMHO it is important that a slate of directors different than the mgmt slate be nominated and that current mgmt be forced to send out the dissident material with their own.
The last time something similar was done was with a co. listed on the tse American Leduc.(ARL.T).
Legal advice is a must at this point if the dissidents are to be victorious.

As I understand it, we will receive one MPV for each 2-1/2 shares of CFV; and CFV will continue as a going concern with the properties the present management acquired, plus some other properties to be folded in.
