Just bought in to Compaq. This board reminds me of the Oracle thread after December's tank job. "Oracle sucks, their doomed, Database business is saturated, etc. etc." Bought compaq for the same reason I bought Oracle- they're not a small-cap company and things aren't as bad as they look. I felt very unnerved after buying Oracle right after the tank from all the negative everything. I feel alot less uneasiness with the compaq purchase. This will be turned around- When? Can't give you that answer. Oracle turned around in 1 quarter in spite of an attrocious sales force problem. I think with all the heat on Compaq right now, they don't have a choice but to correct their problems. We shall see.
