Late this afternoon, I heard something about KRY. Was this news referring to Mr. Rodrigues, if so the stock started to trade down on the day?

Looking at the stock charts on yahoo or quick-quote, looks like the price fell from 5.20 US$ to 4.65 on volume so low it can't be read on the chart. Was this just a case of low-ball bids and sale at the market orders? Thought the market maker's job was to smooth out the flow better than that.
