NMS/tax. This is the first time I posted on TAVA thread although I have been owning TAVA since last August. Now have 28k shares. (Mike Winn made me laugh a lot of times. He was so clueless.) I need TAVA NMS badly, because Waterhouse does not allow margin on small capped stocks. I don't intend to sell any of my major holdings because of tax purpose. I still owe a big tax to the government. Hopefully, the NMS can arrive before April so that I can pay my tax using the margin. I know that some of the brokers allow margin on TAVA. I will seek for a change if NSM is not approved before April.
