Do we as shareholders have any right to start a class action lawsuit?
It was obvious this information(lower earnings) was leaked to the bigger houses so they could dump their shares at higher prices! I'm
so sick of this $hit! Screw investigating the President, how bout
investigating this...something that affects the people and something they care about. Ok, I feel a little better now.

We saw the same emotional response in Ancor Communications today when the company announced their fibre channel product was not selected by Sun Microsystems. The stock (ANCR) dropped about 25%. A potential OEM deal with SUNW was never actually factored into Ancor's price, yet, it got punished only on an ever-improving future outlook. I believe this is a very similar scenario with Bay Networks. Probably represents a buying opportunity IMO.

P.S. Based on price action the past 2 weeks, it's obvious some institutional holders knew prior to today's news release.
