Hi Quad-K,

The house cleaning starts, just found this:

Novell Announces Resignation of Ian R. Wilson From Board
of Directors
PROVO, Utah, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Novell, Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL - news) announced that Ian
R. Wilson, 68, managing partner of Dartford Partnership, has resigned from the board of directors of
Novell.

''We are appreciative of Ian's nine years of service,'' said Dr. Eric Schmidt, chairman of the board
chairman and chief executive officer at Novell. Wilson was first elected to the Novell board of
directors in February 1989.

It's going to be interesting.

Regards, Dieter

Quad, check the news from last year...Novell already has an alliance with ORCL, SUNW and IBM, not to mention CA. Seems the Oracle and CA announcements were in the rash of excitement before brainshare and about the same time as the Novonyx announcement. As far as I can tell, nothing ever became of any of them.
