Jay, As far as valuations go, Bay is among the best in the industry. But, those valuations are quick to errode with out bottom line performance. I will be watch for the middle of next quarter to gauge whether or not this quarter was just a result of seasonal weaknesses or whether the fundamentals are no longer in place. I like to buy my stocks based on strong fundamentals and valuation and I consider price a secondary issue. Once the fundamentals and valuation have been demonstrated to me, I will attempt to locate a resonable entry point. Today, the fundamentals of BAY have been clouded and I will take demonstration by way of strong sales and less price errosion in the next quarter to get me back into this stock. Lucent is alway a wild card though. Wayde.
