Bill Griffith's on CNBC asking, "Why aren't we seeing more of a drop in these oil stocks given the drop in oil prices... shouldn't they be much lower??"

Tulvio...
1.The drillers look poised for a bounce tomorrow...especially the deep dudes.Charts look good and so do the stochastics.
2. FGII may need another day.
3. I've seen two or three large contracts going to Korea and Europe already. I don't know how it will effect FGII, except that IF E & P slows down and oil stays down then bids on other work may get very competitive.
