<<<The notes are convertible at the option of the holder into common stock of the Company at 65% of the closing bid price of the common Stock for the business day immediately preceding the date of receipt by the Company of the holder's notice of conversion.>>>

Would someone be able to tell if this has occurred?

This could look pretty good if the conversion took place when the stock was 0.014(65%) = 0.0091
selling now would produce almost 250% return for a 3 month investment.

Do we have to move to Europe to take part in Reg S investing?

Bill

65% discount is slightly worse than the 70% i expected...

We probably have seen roughly between 42 and 51 million newly converted shares sold recently assuming most were converted when the bid was between .015 and .018. If my closing bid numbers are off then I apologize. (also assuming all have been converted)

$500,000 / (.65 * .015) = 51,282,051 shares
$500,000 / (.65 * .018) = 42,735,042 shares

My guess only...
